[PHP] Unable to find the socket transport "ssl"

錯誤訊息：
Warning: fsockopen() [function.fsockopen]: unable to connect to ssl://storage.msn.com:443 (Unable to find the socket transport "ssl" - did you forget to enable it when you configured PHP?)

在 php.ini 啟用 extension=php_openssl.so 這個選項即可。
